Integrating SQL with Quickbooks

Many companies find that they would like to keep the accounting function inside Quickbooks, but would like to take advantage of a custom created application to handle the manufacturing process, order processing, or other business specific application.

When you first attempt to connect your SQL database to the Quickbooks application you find that you need all of the fields Quickbooks requires to be pre-populated as you migrate your order or invoice. This becomes frustrating and often leads to an abandonment of the project, and companies simply hand enter the order and invoice, thus duplicating the work and adding long term expense.

The other issue is you end up with data inconsistencies due to human error. We have created an application that we can plug in to your .net application to pull the data from SQL and automatically deliver it to quickbooks. With what is usually minimal customization we can then define and add all of the fields quickbooks requires.

It's surprisingly affordable.
Our rate for this service is just $110 per hour and depending on the complexities of the application can usually be done in less than one week.
